  • Would you like to improve team wellbeing and make your practice run more effectively?
  • Are you concerned that stress and tiredness could impact your performance at work, making mistakes more likely?
  • When things go wrong, is your practice culture supportive, fair, and orientated towards improvement and learning? Or is there a tendency to blame individual actions?
  • Are you ready to take a Human Factors approach and understand how your team interact with each other and the systems in place in your practice?

Our Team Wellbeing Essentials course combines insights from the forefront of veterinary patient safety research with expertise in neuroscience and human psychology. We will introduce a systems-thinking approach to help you optimise practice systems and move away from individual blame. You’ll explore decision making, risk and workload management to help you feel more confident about reliably achieving good clinical outcomes for your patients. And, you’ll leave with new ideas, tools, and techniques to support your own and your team’s performance and wellbeing in practice.
