This course is tailored for veterinary surgeons who are passionate about improving their client interactions and patient care. If you've ever experienced challenges in getting your clients to understand and accept your treatment plans, felt frustrated by resistance from clients, or if you want to involve your clients more in the decision-making process, this workshop is for you.

  • Two 3-hour interactive online workshops (9am – 12pm Tuesday 18th February and Tuesday 25th February)

  • 6 hours CPD
