Our NEW Quality Improvement (QI) for Nurses online course will provide you with an introduction to QI theory and methods to take away, practise and implement in your nursing role. During the workshop, we will discuss the theory behind QI methods, and how they can be applied practically in your practice across a variety of scenarios. 

Find out how these methods and processes can help make your practice more efficient, safer and keep your finger on the pulse, and make you and your team feel empowered to analyse practices and protocols used every day, to deliver better veterinary care.

This course is suitable for any Veterinary Nurse or Head Veterinary Nurse who would like to learn more about QI in veterinary practice.

  • Undertake the step-by-step process of planning a QI intervention in your practice, including:

  4. Planning your QI project
