  • Are you curious about Quality Improvement (QI), but not sure where to start or what it really entails?
  • Are you concerned that your practice's processes may not be as efficient and safe as they could be?
  • Have you experienced a near miss or an adverse event and want to know how you can prevent it reoccurring?

Our NEW Quality Improvement Toolkit, created by Dr Freya Rooke, is a comprehensive introduction to quality improvement theory and methods. Starting out with the theory and historic use of QI methods, we’ll move through to detail key QI methods to be used in both the planning and execution of a veterinary QI project, and cover considerations that need to be made when implementing a project in practice.

Find out how these methods and processes can help make your practice more efficient, safer and keep your finger on the pulse of the care being delivered by your team.
