  • Are your team usually on the same page or do you feel you are often pushing in opposite directions?
  • What happens when a team member’s behaviour is challenging for the team? Do you feel able to call out such behaviour, taking a kind, coaching approach to exploring the issue?
  • Do you worry that poor team communication means slips and mistakes in patient care or client service are more likely?

In this highly interactive online workshop we will explore tips, tools and techniques you can use to improve communication and collaboration for your team.

You’ll gain important insights and understanding into why team communication is critical for patients, clients and teams and what ‘good’ communication looks like.

We’ll explore processes and structures to maintain team situational awareness and avoid communication breakdowns throughout the day. We’ll dig into how to respond fairly and constructively to incivility and unacceptable behaviours, searching for the root causes of such actions so we can truly align better as a team.
