Workshop Delegate

This one-day comprehensive workshop and follow up coaching session will help you to identify and overcome your personal and professional stressors, help build your resilience and improve your time management skills and work-life balance. You will be given practical tips to help make working with others more effective and less stressful, take back control and take on challenges with renewed purpose and energy.

Prior to the course, you will complete your own DISC behavioural profile, the results of which will be discussed on the day and will help you improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication.

Key Learning Objectives:

By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:

  • Identify causes and personal signs of stress, recognise how stress differs from pressure and build strategies for personal resilience
  • List ways of recognising and preventing burnout and compassion fatigue in yourself and others
  • Improve your communication skills and work more effectively with others
  • Enhance your time management skills and get more from each day
  • Develop coping mechanisms to take control and get what you want and need from your career.

Who is this course for?

This workshop is ideal for everyone working in a busy practice team – vets, nurses, practice managers and receptionists will all benefit from the skills learned.

Ahead of the course, we'll contact you by email to ask you to complete your own DISC behavioural profile.

On the day, the workshop begins at 10am and runs until 4pm. Once you have booked you will receive details of how to register to join the live session.

One month after the course, a 1-hour group coaching session will be held to provide you with a forum environment to discuss progress made to in achieving your desired outcome and discuss any further challenges.

The workshop and group coaching session award seven hours CPD.
