This one-day comprehensive workshop is designed to help you to identify personal and professional stressors, build resilience, and develop strategies to manage your workload effectively. You’ll gain practical skills to help make working with others more effective, enhance communication, reduce stress, and approach workplace challenges with renewed confidence and energy. Prior to the course, you will be invited to complete your own DISC behavioural profile. Your DISC report will help you understand more about your strengths and blind spots, particularly when under pressure, to support improvements in productivity, teamwork, and communication.
