Do you want to be a dynamic, inspiring and capable veterinary leader?

Do you desire a culture that strengthens and develops your veterinary nursing team?

Do you want to motivate your team to success?

The VNLP combines two residential face-to-face training courses, online programmes, group coaching and mentoring and project work in practice, to help you to become an exceptional veterinary nursing leader. Based on extensive Masters and Doctoral research carried out by Professor Catherine Oxtoby and Carolyne Crowe MSc MRCVS, the VNLP is a bespoke leadership course for veterinary nurses which will help you find the optimal way to lead, manage and motivate your team in the way that best works for you.

  • group coaching and mentoring
  • self-selected project work back in practice, fully supported by VDS Training.
