DISC profiling is a highly accurate behavioural profiling tool used by businesses across the world to identify the preferred communication and behavioural styles of individuals, helping colleagues work better as a team and improving well-being.

This programme has been designed to help develop your knowledge, skills and confidence in handling complaints from clients and members of the public effectively and successfully.

The Confident Vet Nurse (CVN) online programme is a six-part course consisting of 17 modules and accounting for over 20 hours CPD. Our NEW Quality Improvement Toolkit, created by Dr Freya Rooke, is a comprehensive introduction to quality improvement theory and methods. Starting out with the theory and historic use of QI methods, we’ll move through to detail key QI methods to be used in both the planning and execution of a veterinary QI project, and cover considerations that need to be made when implementing a project in practice.
