Coping with Confidence

What does confidence look like to you? For Ami Sawran, a vet based in Essex, it’s about ‘the ability to make decisions without second guessing, believing in your own clinical judgement, making reasonably accurate prognoses and acknowledging that your opinion is worth something and you deserve to be there’.
